Rose is an experienced Public Health Professional and Consultant with over 15 years in hands-on-program management working in international non-governmental organisations. She holds extensive knowledge in behaviour change, communication and hygiene promotion, particularly in water and Sanitation Hygiene (WASH). She is experienced in implementing donor-funded projects including DfID, EU, World Bank, Dutch Government, Japanese Government and Danida.

Rose holds an MSC in Public Health from BRAC University in Bangladesh and a BSC in Environmental Science from Moi University.
