a. Commissioning of Evaluations

Identifying the need for an evaluation.
Selecting and engaging stakeholders in the evaluation process.
Defining the scope and objectives of the evaluation.

b. Evaluation Plans/Protocols/Proposals

Approaches to developing comprehensive evaluation plans.
Protocols for data collection and analysis.
Crafting effective evaluation proposals.

Module 4: Ethical Considerations in Evaluation

Principles of evaluation ethics.
Ensuring participant confidentiality and informed consent.
Navigating conflicts of interest in the evaluation process.

Module 5: Evaluation Governance
