1. Assess the situation in existing schools and identify the extent to which schools meet WASH standards and targets

2. Prepare and implement comprehensive and realistic plans to monitor and evaluate WASH in Schools programs

3. Promote the sustainable delivery of ‘basic’ and universal access to drinking water, sanitation and handwashing in schools

4. Understand the challenges faced by women and girls regarding menstrual hygiene and their implications on health, education, and well-being.

5. Recognize the connections between MHM and the SDGs, particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Goal 4 (Quality Education), Goal 5 (Gender Equality), Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).

6. Develop practical strategies and action plans for promoting safe and hygienic menstruation practices within various contexts.
